Smaller room = £600 per month

Both rooms are on the second floor of the house, along with the bathroom. I am a live-in landlord and occupy the first floor. On the ground floor there is a communal kitchen and living area, plus a toilet.

The location is great - the front garden is small but looks directly out onto Gaunts Ham Park. It’s amazingly quiet for somewhere so close to town. Lawrence Hill Station and the Bristol to Bath cycle path are 5 minutes’ walk away. Castle Park & the City Centre are 30 minutes away. Some great shops & restaurants in St George, pretty much on our doorstep.

We have a two-car driveway with a gate, and on-street parking is free. Pets are welcome, but they must get along with the neighbourhood cat, who likes to drop in most days.

I keep myself to myself a lot of the time, so I’m looking for lodgers who won’t mind that. I’m in my early 30s, a carpenter, and currently doing maintenance in a care home. 4.20 friendly.
