Double room in lovely flat

Hello. Our lovely flat mate Annie is moving out early June so we are looking for someone new to replace her!

We are a young working couple with a beautiful dog! We both work full time, sometimes from home. I work with homeless people and am training to be a psychotherapist and my partner works outside.

The flat is a beautiful new build just off boundary road. It has views of both the sea and the downs.

We spend a lot of time chilling out at home, but also like to socialise and have people round for food.

We have invested a lot of time in this flat so are looking for people who are respectful and will treat our home like a home.

The bedroom comes furnished with a television and can add any furniture you think you will need. We are happy to have someone who wants to socialise with us but also respects their own space and time.

Full use of the flat is of course available and we have all the amenities necessary. Most Bills are included, apart from we would ask for an extra contribution towards the heating each month, especially during winter but this is all negotiable.

We are 5 minutes from the beach and 30 seconds from boundary road. We are fun, sociable and hospitable people who are open minded and creative. We try to spend time together making things and my partner loves drawing and painting.

You MUST be animal friendly and comfortable around high energy, big breed dogs.
