Cute West End Flat!

My room

Hi all! Hope you're well :)

I'm moving down to London at the end of August and a room in the flat will be empty from June 1st. It's a lovely place, 5 mins from Kelvingrove Station and 3 mins from Kelvingrove Park. It's also 5 mins from The Doublet if you like expensive pints. There's double glazed windows and a dryer in the flat, both of which are apparently rare in this beautiful city. I don't have a microwave sorry but I've come to learn that one can do without (oven, stove lol).

I'm a 25 year old engineer and I like jazz and I like books. I'm also into any kind of history (have just read Beyond The Wall, for instance). I collect CDs (cheaper than Vinyl) and shoot film, partly because both keep me off my phone (screen time is under an hour a day, believe it or not). As you can probably tell, I'm sociable but don't worry I can read a room..

Looking for someone who's nice and clean! Shoes off in the flat because I don't want to mop everyday

The room will be a sublet until the end of the month of August but if you're looking to be on the lease after that, that is perfectly fine ofc!!!!
