A Great Double Room with own bathroom near UofG.

Hi! My current flatmate is moving out at the end of May due to her job reason. So I’m looking for someone to take over her room from June 1st :)

The flat is a 3b2b, located in a quiet block near University of Glasgow. Because the landlord doesn’t have a HMO license, so it’s only you and me share the entire flat. I have to say, it really worth it!! Super nice, sunny and comfortable!!!!

About your room:
You will have your own bedroom and bathroom. And the third room can also be taken by you (I’m now in the ensuite room + prefer to stay in my room most of the time). So it’s only the large living room + kitchen to share. You can use the third bedroom as the study room, or whatever you like ^-^

Rent is £625 per month. It is paid on the first day of each month to the landlord by yourself directly.
- The deposit is £625 + One month notice.
- Wifi is £16.5 per month/per person.
- Utility bills around £40 to £50 pm/per person (depends on how we use it. For April, our bill was even just £38 per person).
- Council Tax band F.

Ideally looking for someone who is quiet, clean and please, not a drug user.

The location is really nice:
- 2 min to Kelvingrove museum.
- 3min to a large Tesco + IMart Chinese market + a small Boots.
- 10min to UofG.
- 10-15min to Partick Station, Lidl, Morrisons and By Chance (really recommend their bubble tea and fruit tea XD).
- 20 min to Home Bargains + M&S + Boots + Poundland.
- Bus stops are very close.

Just a little bit about your flatmate:
I was just graduated from UofG, and now looking for jobs in digital mkt area. I’m now having a part-time job (about 20-21 hours pw) near Uni. So basically I would spend half week out for work, and half week busy with my own things.
I like ACG culture, games and dancing. I play a variety of games such as Identity V, Genshin Impact, Arknight etc. I’m also in the Uni Scottish Dance society and will have two nights out for dance each week.
I’m really quiet, clean and easy going. I don’t drink, smoke and no drug using. I’m happy to hang out with my flatmate sometimes, but also enjoy to be alone in my room.
