Double room to rent

Good size Double room to rent in a 2 bed house, quiet location access to parking, close to local shops, bus route, train station within 6 miles, close to motorway junction 18
You will be sharing the house with myself and my Labrador, room can be rented on a mon-fri basis or full week
Both bathroom and kitchen are shared,
You will have use of washing machine, cooker, broadband
I request that you are clean and tidy, remove shoes in the house, and are respectful of my house and space and are understanding when using appliances, I. e not leaving things running when they don’t need to be, tv on standby, or leaving lights on etc.
I am easy going and am sure you will be comfortable within my home
