Double bedroom available in B16!

This is Fariha and I am the former flatmate in the apartment. I am relocating, due to my new job so currently I want someone who could replace me as soon as possible from the first 1st of June till 15th of September.
You are free to extend if you want.

It is a two bedroom apartment with modern furnitures and will be sharing with my current lovely flatmate. She is a friendly person who is a professional and works from home and also respects other individual’s privacy.

The flat has always been kept clean and tidy so we would expect someone to keep it in the same way.

The apartment consists: 1 Bathroom/Shower, a shared living area and dinning space with amazing kitchen fixtures. Moreover, the lightings of the flat is too good once it’s dark you will get to see how bright the entire apartment looks!

From the dining area you can literally enjoy the busy street while having food especially the Friday and Saturday nights. The pictures actually depicts everything.

Amazing part of this building is - you have got a 24hrs open study room where you can study or work and even treat yourself with free hot beverages!

You will also be having access to the residence gym.

Bills and Council tax are excluded. Will be shared between two. Approximately it will be an extra of max £125 or £100 depends on the usage of electricity.
