Your rights as a consumer In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase of any physical goods that we deliver to you. Please note that our advertising services are not subject to the cooling off period, as the services begin immediately after purchase.

How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off period Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the cooling off period, please either email us at , or call us on 0161 768 1162. You should return the goods via recorded delivery or registered post as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
